The Bill (Reg. No.4463) renovates the regulations of the effective Law in order to alter the system of organization of authority in the capital, redistribute authorities between the executive bodies (Kyiv Municipal State Administrations) and local self-government bodies (Kyiv Municipal Council, district councils and their executive bodies) and their officials.
